Itinerary
- 12:30–13:00: Pickup from centrally located hotels in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (pickup time depends on hotel location).
- 13:00–14:30: Depart Ho Chi Minh City for Cu Chi District. Scenic drive of approximately 1.5 hours.
- 14:30–15:00: Arrival at Cu Chi Tunnels. Short introduction and screening of an introductory video explaining the construction of the tunnels and wartime survival conditions.
- 15:00–16:30: Explore the Cu Chi tunnel system, including underground living areas, kitchens, storage rooms, weapon factories, field hospitals, and command centers. Learn about hidden trap doors and wartime defense strategies.
- 16:30–17:00: Enjoy traditional tea and cassava, the staple food of guerrilla fighters during the war.
- 17:00–18:00: Free time to relax or optional shooting experience (at own expense).
- 18:00–19:30: Return journey to Ho Chi Minh City.
- 19:30: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. Tour ends.

Tom “Cruise” is a great tour guide. A bit less than two hours each way on the bus but it went by fast with our guide’s narration and cultural info.

I enjoyed the tour quite a lot. I got picked up at my hotel and then we drove to the location, while the guide told us about the Vietnam war. Then the guide was well paced and we got to try everything if we wanted to.
